In the Beginnning

So many people have said they have loved my cupcakes that I finally decided to start a blog.  I am a trained pastry chef from the Seattle area.  I have not worked in my industry for about seven years because I am a stay at home mom of four cute kids.   I made cupcakes for a business here in St. George, UT recently and got rave reviews, but they wanted too much for too little pay, so I decided to venture into the blogging world to let people know what I can make.  As I test new recipes I will post pictures, recipes and let you know how they turn out.  I will also sell these fancy cupcakes to those interested (in the Southern Utah area) for $15 a dozen.  All of my cupcakes are made with REAL ingredients (Butter, whipped cream, etc), no additives or shortening like most supermarkets use.
